Tubeclo tube clamps are produced in line with the specifications of DIN 3015 standards. The acronym DIN stems from the German word “Deutsches Institut fϋr Normung”, which translates to “German Institute for Standardization” in English. The establishment was formed in 1917, with its headquarter located in Berlin, Germany. Various standards were given for products around the technology field. These standards were incorporated into the production of tube clamps and as a workplace safety measure for reducing strong vibrations and mechanical shock in industrial machines. Tubeclo Tube clamps can be used for myriad purposes as they function as fittings for different industrial machines. For instance, Tubeclo tube clamps are suitable for cable trays, pipes, hoses and tubes. |

1. What are Tubeclo Tube Clamps made of?
Clamps are handy tools used to fasten devices together when working to prevent shifting of these objects. Clamps are produced in many types and serve different purposes. Clamp types are available in three different types – standard series, twin series and heavy series.
|
Tubeclo tube clamps are tools used in fastening tubes together. Tube clamps are mostly used in construction industries because it accommodates joining large tubes together. They are produced with the DIN 3015 standards and can be piled together to maximize space in a room.
Tubeclo tube clamps are designed with plastic in a square shape and a ribbed bore which gives the object a firm hold. Tubeclo tube clamps are made up of four parts – clamp shell body, cover plate, hexagon head bolts and weld plates. Tube clamps are quick to install and suitable for all purposes.

2. What is Tubeclo Tube Clamp used for?
A complete set of tube clamps has two similar halves – top and bottom halves. They are from 3 materials, polypropylene, aluminium and polyamide. The combination of these materials contributes to the excellent performance it gives while working in terms of gripping, stability and temperature range system. The Polypropylene material represented by the green colour can accommodate temperature pressure between -30 ⁰C to +90 ⁰C. Aluminium material (silver colour) can withstand heat to a maximum of 300 ⁰C, while the Polyamide (black colour) working temperature pressure ranges between -30 ⁰C to +90 ⁰C.

3. What are the uses of Tubeclo Tube Clamps?
Tubeclo Tube clamps can also be referred to as pipe clamps or hydraulic brackets. The primary task of a tube clamp is to ensure objects are held in their place position without movement until the work is completed. To be more explicit, the following points will explain the uses of tube clamps in each sector:
|
4. What is the maximum weight for a Tubeclo Tube Clamp?
Tubeclo Tube clamps are produced with maximum and minimum weight to be set by the user depending on the tube size and clamp design for the machine.
