The German standard fixes the clamp geometry — bodies, weld plates, bolt patterns, the stacking system — so a clamp from any maker in the same series and size fits the same installation. That is what lets Tubeclo drop into a STAUFF installation without changing anything.
Tubeclo is exclusive to our group: development, sourcing, testing and stock under one roof. The specification does not drift between orders, and every part is checked before dispatch. The full story is on the Tubeclo brand page.
The everyday clamp for hydraulic tube and pipe, 6–102 mm. Damps mechanical shock and vibration, and keeps runs tidy and accessible.
For larger bores and heavier duty — 6–406 mm. The same DIN 3015 body geometry, sized for big-pipe loads.
Two lines held by one clamp body, for parallel runs on one weld plate. 6–42 mm — saves plates, bolts and space.
A thermoplastic elastomer insert for the extra-gentle installation of tube, pipe, hose and cable. Standard 6–32 mm, heavy 6–172 mm — the full page is here.

Onshore and offshore — mounting tube, pipe and hose runs, simplifying routing and cutting maintenance cost.
Underwater lines carry heavy loads and face salt, oil and temperature swings; clamp assemblies cut the maintenance bill.
On tankers, cruise ships and cargo vessels, clamps add strength and stability against waves and weather.
Deep mines and tunnel construction run many tube and hose lines — used at the Panama Canal and European rail tunnels.
Cranes, mixers, agricultural machines and utility vehicles run high-pressure hydraulics; clamps fix the lines safely.

Maximum-load tables (kN / lbf, straight pull) per series and size are in the catalogues, as printed. More in the catalogue library.
The German standard that fixes hydraulic pipe clamp geometry — body sizes, weld plates, bolt patterns and the stacking system — in three parts: Part 1 standard series, Part 2 heavy, Part 3 twin. Because the geometry is fixed, a DIN 3015 clamp from any maker in the same series and size fits the same installation.
Yes — that is what the standard is for. Tubeclo follows DIN 3015 in the same series and sizes, so weld plates, bolt patterns and stacking hardware all carry over — and an old bill of materials converts line for line (send it as-is; the converted list comes back in the quotation). Mixed installations are safe too: clamps can be swapped one at a time during maintenance.
PP for general duty, −30…+90 °C; PA for colder or hotter, −40…+120 °C; aluminium up to +300 °C. The PPH and PAH variants have a smooth bore with no tension clearance — for hose and cable, not rigid tube. For finished or painted surfaces, use the rubber insert series.
The hardware finish — bolts, plates and rails, not the plastic body. W1 untreated carbon steel · W2 phosphated · W3 zinc/nickel · W4 stainless A2 (304) · W5 stainless A4 (316). Offshore or washdown should take W4/W5 — on a corroding installation it is almost always the hardware that fails first.
Tubeclo is exclusive to our group: we control the development, sourcing, testing and stock. In practice the specification does not drift between orders, and every part is checked with our own equipment before dispatch. More on the Tubeclo brand page.
Yes — stacking is part of the DIN 3015 system. Bodies stack upward on the same plate and bolts, so a second run can be added above the first without new welding. Say how many levels, and we include the stacking bolts and cover plate in the quotation.
Use the rubber insert series where the surface matters — the thermoplastic elastomer insert grips without marking, and damps vibration and noise as well. Right for polished stainless, painted pipe, hose and cable.
Yes — four series from 6 to 406 mm clamp diameter, with weld plates, cover plates and bolts, held as ready stock in our regional warehouses in Singapore and Malaysia. Goods leave the warehouse within 24 hours of your PO, with the delivery schedule confirmed in the quotation.
Five things: the OD of the tube or pipe; the series; the body material; the hardware finish (W1–W5); and the quantity + accessories. Send the environment too via WhatsApp ★ Google reviews ▶ YouTube channel or the contact form — we check the finish code, and quotes come back within 2 working hours.
